Return Process & Rules:
Items must be shipped back within 7 days once return request is approved.
- If you use your own shipping label to return. Tracking number must be provided via email or within RMA (return) system.
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that have been used, worn, opened, damaged, or altered may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return, depending on their condition upon inspection.
RETURN & RESTOCKING FEE
Unless your product arrives damaged/defective, is the incorrect item, or is missing parts, applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your return. If we provide a shipping label for your return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund. If using your own return label, we recommend you insure the shipment and keep your tracking receipt. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method.

FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS
Please note that all personalized items—including those with monogramming or embroidered designs—as well as clearance items, are considered FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Free return shipping does not apply for international orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 10 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item(s) have shipped or your card has been refunded.
HOW WILL MY RETURN BE CREDITED?
All returns will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you ordered via credit card, please allow up to 14 business days once the item has been delivered to us for your refund to be processed. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will ship 2-3 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.

We do not process returns or exchanges for orders placed through any of our retail partners including but not limited to Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom or Bed Bath and Beyond. Please contact the retailer from which you ordered for assistance.
