MAKE A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. Once we received your return request, we will generate you a return number (rma number).
Returns subject to 15% restocking fee. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: any item that has been monogrammed, Gift Cards, and any item that has been marked as ‘final sale’. Please review all orders upon delivery as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or accept claims for any items after 60-days of being delivered.
All Monogramming, Gift Card, and Last Call orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refund or exchange.
Free return shipping does not apply for international orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 10 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item(s) have shipped or your card has been refunded.
HOW WILL MY RETURN BE CREDITED?
All returns will be credited back to your original form of payment or Gift Card. If you ordered via credit card, please allow up to 14 business days once the item has been delivered to us for your refund to be processed. If you have requested an exchange, the new item will ship 2-3 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse. If you paid with a Gift Card, the existing electronic Gift Card will be refunded. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, both items will be refunded as used. Gift cards will be refunded before credit cards. If you return an item that was previously exchanged it will be credited to a Gift Card.

We do not process returns or exchanges for orders placed through any of our retail partners including but not limited to Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom or Bed Bath and Beyond. Please contact the retailer from which you ordered for assistance.
